1. Responsibility for sales targets to meet company’s business plan.
2. Communicate with overseas customers regularly to build up a good relationship and support their requirements.
3. Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery schedule and so on.
4. Monitor and analyze the sales data of customers and propose ideas for advertisement and sales promotion activity to ensure the sales target assigned is achieved.
5. Collect any information useful for the sales activity in the responsible market.
6. Go on business trips abroad (South East Asian countries such as Indonesia and Philippines).
7. Make a business plan of areas in charge under supervision of a superior.
8. Perform inventory control to prevent overstock
9. Handle claim products from customers.
10. Regularly work closely with Japanese management and sometimes with Japan Headquarters.
11. Provide sales-related reports to superiors as necessary.
12. Manage and supervise subordinates to motivate them to achieve the company’s target. 13. Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Nationality – Thai
- Male or Female, age between 35 – 45 years old
- Experience in export sales at least 5 years is a must
- Experience of leading team for at least 3 years would be an advantage.
- Good command of English is required (negotiation with foreign customers, e-mail correspondance)
- Proficiency in MS Office, excel , power point
- Positive and aggressive character for more proposal and suggestion
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fast learning and being detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure
