1. Collaborate with various internal department to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests

2. Coordinate with international suppliers to process on order manage, negotiate and import goods

3. Coordinate with inventory team to plan and manage timeline for customer orders

4. Coordinate with shipping agencies to ensure timely deliveries by air freight, sea freight and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services

5. To prepare weekly/monthly report which are: PO status report, purchasing report, cost control report and complaint report

6. To sourcing new suppliers and products

7. Any other task which was assigned

8. To prepare, process, and verify all Proforma invoices/ import documents to ensure accuracy of related documents and to comply with law and regulations 9. To do and control purchasing data base. (Supplier and cost)

1. 25-32 years old
2. Bachelor degree
3. At least 2 years’ experience in shipping/Import or Export Background/Purchasing
4. Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
5. Have a good service mind, able to operate under pressure
6. Good interpersonal skill, fast learning, self-development and energetic
7. Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English both written and spoken
8. Have experience in chemical manufacturing company will be advantage
