Planning and business development To expand the customer base and increase the company’s
revenue Support strategic management Policy level Business Support Database Development

  1. Working hour: Monday – Friday (8:00 – 17:00)
  2. Work closely with/ Supervise Product Manager, Sales Manager for planning and setting up sales
    strategy to meet Sales Target plan.
  3. Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of sales Team, developing and correcting activities to
    meet company / management policy
  4. Taking a lead role to provide direction, recommendations and troubleshooting.
  5. Negotiating for condition and pricing at the most beneficial level to the company
  6. Being responsible for key customers, building relationship and increasing sales turnover.
  7. Being responsible for key suppliers, building trust and growing business.
  8. Studying and following new trends in paint and coating industry, competitors activities and
    customer demand, to developing product/supplier portfolio to get a sustainable business.
  9. Coordination with Back office e.g. logistics, customer service, to achieve sales target plan and
    customer / supplier satisfaction.
  10. Monitoring inventory and coordination for stock management
  11. Monitoring customer financial status and help for negotiation
  12. Products: Specialty Chemical for Coating, Paint, Personal care, Home care, Lubricant Industry

Job Requirements

  1. Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-40 years old
  2. Bachelor degree with Major in Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) / Business Management (Bachelor of Science (Chemistry)) with Master degree in the same field is preferable

  15. Years of Experience: +7 Years in Business Development
  16. Product experience: Special chemicals for coatings, paints, personal care, home care, lubricant industries will be an advantage.
  17. Experience in Chemical trading industry is preferable
  18. Fluent reading, high conversation level (Equivalent to a TOEIC score higher than 700)
