- Implementing and developing company and Human Resources policies.
- Assisting with the overseeing of all HR activities such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee services and manpower planning.
- HR Management information control & admin.
- Coordinates to other Line Manager in scope of HR and related functions.
- Implements new HR tools & HR project for HR Development.
- Male only, age 40 – 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Fluent in both written and spoken business English.
- 15 years up in big manufacturing business (3,000+ employees) and 7 years minimum experience in HR Management, HR Development, Salary benefits management, employee disciplinary action and employee relation field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and other related laws.
- Good Microsoft Office (Advance Level Excel).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem solving skills.
- Strong logical thinking and fully service mind.
- Confidential leadership appearance and can make a good relation to other.
