- Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Manage the sales function, ensuring strong customer relationships are established and maintained while also driving employees to achieve business goals
- Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas
- Coordinate engineering and sales support activities to facilitate offering and supporting quality products and services
- Develop an environment to create and sustain a highly engaged team
- Develop sales forecast and provide input to budget
- Identify new market opportunities
- Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies
- Thai national, Male or female, age 35-45 years old
- Matured Individual with ability to work under pressure of sales target.
- Ability to build relationships with customers at various functional levels
- Professional selling skills – product knowledge, presentation, follow-up, and ability to close
- Thorough understanding of market place dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors programs
- Possess own vehicle with valid driving 3 driving.
- Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Reasonable command of English
- Must have at least 5-8 years relevant Sales and management Experience.
- Candidates with HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and refrigeration knowledge and contacts would have an advantage.
