– Provide office support to individuals or teams, ensuring smooth business operations. Support Japanese staff and employees with hotel bookings, golf reservations, airline tickets, rental cars, etc.
– Organize and schedule meetings and events.
– Handle office-related issues, follow instructions from management, and maintain updated records and reports.
– Conduct and oversee administrative duties.
– Assist with budget planning, including price comparisons, cost negotiations, and cost control.
– Manage general office operations, such as ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and preparing and verifying documents.
HR Tasks:
– Manage attendance records, overtime, leave, and staff records.
– Communicate with recruitment agencies and candidates (prepare job descriptions and advertise job openings).
– Oversee the employment process, including orientation and training of new employees.
– Act as the internal point of contact for labor-related issues.
Other Tasks:
– Provide support to the Manager and Director as needed.
- At least 3 years experience in related tasks with Japanese Company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
