- Develop strategic and creative new products.
- Lead product development ideations for individual brand tastings.
- Complete accurate food costing of ingredients for the products developed.
- Develop and customize requirements for new and/or existing products.
- Responsible for solving any technical problems arising during development. Production, operation or performance.
- Work closely with operations, purchasing and marketing to communicate technical information related to new product testing programs.
- Provide technical expertise for existing new developing or improved products. Planning, implementing and evaluating projects while maintaining food safety and specific regulatory requirements for menu development.
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 33-45 years old , have experience at least 5 years
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Food Science/Food Technology/ Process Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of food production and processing
- Must have thorough knowledge in bakery and dessert. (France and japan style)
- Must have thorough knowledge of food products, recipes and procedures writing, and food costing
- Document preparation in product development activities
- Technical Support
- Strong leaderships, communication, analytical, and negotiation skill
- High executive maturity and adaptability
- Good command of English and computer literate
- Have an experience in Supervisor level will be an advantage
- Organization and high problem solving skill
- Can work under pressure and deadline
