– Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance, ensuring a harmonious work environment and comply with local regulations and company policies.
– Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
– Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.
– Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
– Facilitate effective communication between Japanese and non-Japanese employee
– Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the continuity of key roles within the organization
– Develop and utilize HR analytics to assess and improve HR processes, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of HR experience.
- Both local Japanese or Thai nationality are welcome (if Thai nationality, Japanese communication is required)
- Fluent in English (TOEIC at minimum 550) and be able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
