• Control and oversee all accounting, finance, and tax functions, as well as the annual budget and forecasting processes.

• Prepare and support financial reports for the headquarters located in Japan.

• Act as the main point of contact for the company’s bank, external/internal tax authorities, and audit advisors.

• Manage the accounting team, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet departmental goals.

• Age between 35 – 40 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.

• Over 10 years of overall working experience, with at least 3 years at the management level.

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in cost accounting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good command of the English language.

• High proficiency in MS Excel.

• Advantage: Holding a CPA license, possessing audit experience, or having SAP program experience will be highly preferred.

• Bonus payout 2 times per year.
