1.Draft, review and negotiation various contract including NDA, Service agreement Sale andPurchase Agreement, Memmoradum for new project.

2. Filling legal documents to Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department, BOI ect.

3.Document providing and coordinate for litigation case and dealing with local legal.

4.Research and update the new regulations or new laws in addition to business related.

5.Providing legal optional such as PDPA, IP law, Civil and Commercial law, Taxation law etc

1. Male or Female, Age : 24-30 year old
2. Bachelor degree of Law
3. Experience 1 + in Legal experience law firm
4. Experience in PDPA or experience in practicing as a lawyer is preferred
5. Good in both written and spoken in English communication and presentation skill (TOEIC 500+)
