– Liaise with Production Control at HQ in Japan.

– Coordinate with the Sales Division to confirm product delivery schedules.

– Manage delivery control and arrange shipments.

– Alert the Japanese Manager and Sales Division about critical item deliveries.

– Distribute excess stock reports to the entire Sales team for clearance and future sales planning.

– Collaborate with the Sales team, overseas sales offices, and other departments.

– Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Thai nationals, both male and female, aged 28 years old or younger.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in any field.
4. Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
5. Strong command of English and Japanese (N2 level), both spoken and written.
6. Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
7. Demonstrates reliability, trustworthiness, and a collaborative spirit.
8. Possesses a service-oriented mindset with prompt action-taking abilities.
