Job Description

Oversee and manage the full cycle of the export process from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure absolute accuracy and compliance of all export documentation, including Commercial Invoice (INV), Packing List (PL), BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin (CO), Form D/E, Phytosanitary, and other surveyor-issued certificates for food products.
Negotiate and strategically liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to secure cargo space, optimal freight rates, and timely shipments.
Act as the central point of contact, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance departments to align shipment schedules with business goals.
Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex shipment-related issues, including documentation discrepancies, shipping delays, and customs clearance hurdles.
Coordinate closely with internal Quality Control (QC) teams and government authorities to strictly obtain necessary Phytosanitary Certificates and meet destination country regulations.
Lead, coach, and develop the export team to achieve operational excellence and maintain high standards of service.
Monitor shipment schedules, track export KPIs, and provide regular analytical reports to top management and global stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in export management within a corporate food business, FMCG, or agricultural sector is highly preferred.
Strong comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, customs clearance, and export documentation for food products.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and coach a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate seamlessly with international teams and clients.
Ability to start immediately or within short notice is a strong advantage.
