-Set and plan monthly Production schedule, weekly work schedule
-Preparing and checking readiness 5 M
– Setting up production manpower (Man Power Plan), adjusting, rotating, managing bottlenecks.
-Requesting and approving an increase in production capacity, reducing OT time.
– Controlling production according to plan
-Evaluate the results of the trial work and develop according to the plan according to the system.
-Policies, objectives, goals, and strategies into operational plans.
Job Requirement
- Male / Age 40-50 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- Knowledgeable about ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Sedex quality policies.
- 3-5 years of FM experience in FM food business or related
