• General Ledger & Taxation: Act as a Tax Specialist and manage the full-loop GL accounting functions. Take full responsibility for all corporate taxation submissions.

• Reporting & Closing: Conduct and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes utilizing the SAP system. Prepare Balance Sheets, expense reports, and submit financial reports to the Headquarter, Internal Audit, and External Audit.

• Account Receivable (AR): Control AR outstanding balances and continuously monitor AR Aging reports.

• Costing, Inventory & Fixed Assets: Review inventory reports and execute GL adjustments. Ensure fixed assets are accurately registered and record depreciation in the GL system and relevant reports.

• Verification & Approvals: Verify book balances, record accrued expenses, and ensure the absolute accuracy of all invoices, tax invoices, and receipts. Review and authorize accounting transaction vouchers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

• 35 – 44 years of age.

• Proven background and experience in Finance and Accounting within a manufacturing company.

• Strong expertise as a Tax Specialist and in GL Accounting functions.

• Demonstrated career stability with a solid and consistent employment record (no job hopping).

• Good command of the English language.

• Highly proficient in computerized accounting systems, specifically SAP.
