Job Description
Financial Analysis and Management Reporting
- Lead and monitor a team of finance and tax professionals and ensure accuracy of the entity’s financial statements
- Partner with DGM and GM to drive and support the operational performance as well as optimising reporting process and deliverables related to financial reporting, including preparation and/or review of board papers, annual budgets, forecast submissions, 5-year plan, cash flow management and company audits
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure timely and high standard financial reporting to management, board of directors, shareholders and regulators
- Maintaining proper accounting and costing systems to ensure financial records are maintained as per accounting regulations.
- Any other ad hoc reports as required by DGM, GM or SATS Group Finance
Finance Business Partner
- Provide financial analysis and support in operational reviews
- Support management in formulation of rolling forecast, annual budget and strategic plans
- Assist DGM and GM to drive business growth including KPIs analysis and costing / pricing strategies
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of business initiatives with management on a regular basis.
- Guiding, coaching and collaborating with Finance Manager and other Finance members
- Support ad-hoc projects/investment projects
- Work closely with external partners, stakeholders, audit and tax agents, banks, company secretary and regulators.
Tax
- Reviewing all tax matters (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, etc.) and coordinate with Revenue Department and auditors
- Provide timely and accurate tax reporting for the company
- Support ad-hoc internal tax management projects
- Maintain clear internal records and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
Systems, Accounting Practices and Financial Controls
- Drive the setting up of accounting system, internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), to enable efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes, safeguard assets and manage financial risks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade and improve such policies and procedures
Others
- Manage the company’s banking relationship and requirements
- Attend Board meetings and support Board matters from finance perspective
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects
Work Hour : Mon-Fri (Alternative 2 Sats/month)
Job Requirement
- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in food industry
- Strong managerial and business partnering experience to support dynamic business requirements within reporting timelines
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and Thai
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRSs and tax principles
- Working knowledge of ERP / Microsoft Dynamic
- Preferred CPA/CPD/ACCA/CA license.
