About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable Head of Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination to join a leading international manufacturing company. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic sourcing with operational execution. You will hold full functional responsibility for the Procurement and Warehouse teams, driving supply reliability, cross-functional planning, and cost optimization while supporting inbound logistics.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the procurement and warehouse teams. Establish clear processes, internal controls, and KPIs to ensure high performance and succession planning.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect services. Identify and qualify competitive local and international suppliers in collaboration with R&D and Quality teams.

Cost & Supplier Management: Lead complex negotiations on price, payment terms, and lead times to reduce the total cost of ownership. Build contingency strategies and manage supplier performance scorecards.

Inventory & Warehouse Planning: Coordinate material requirements across Sales, Production, and Finance. Balance material availability with inventory value, managing safety stocks, reorder points, and short-dated materials.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee inbound shipment planning, import documentation, and supplier delivery schedules. Partner with logistics providers to optimize freight costs and mitigate delivery risks.

Compliance: Ensure all suppliers meet stringent food-safety, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, and supplier records.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven background in procurement or strategic sourcing within the Food, FMCG, Packaging, or Manufacturing sectors.

Minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience with direct disciplinary responsibility.

Strong track record in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier development.

Solid understanding of inventory planning, inbound logistics, and warehouse operations.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Language Skills: Fluent Thai and strong Business English. Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is strictly required for overseas supplier communication. (German language skills are a plus).
