•Determine human resource strategy and planning (HR Strategy), and plan manpower (Manpower Planning) to suit the organizational structure.
•and budget money including strategic planning for organizational development plans
•Supervise the entire system of human resources and administration.
•Plan recruitment and employee selection work.
•Manage salary statistics and salary summaries.
•Responsible for various welfare and company activities.
•Supervise rules, regulations and other documents. related to be consistent
•Manage work regarding labor laws and other related laws.
•Manage annual employee evaluations, analyze KPI OKRs for probationary employees.
•Manage and support work on various quality certification systems (ISO, GHP, HAACP).
•Manage and manage personnel development in accordance with the annual training plan (IDP).
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Male / Female, age 35 years and up.
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, HROD, or related fields.
- Have experience as a department manager for not less than 5 years and experience at the supervisor level for at least 3 years.
