•Operation support for Manufacturing production in order to maximize performance and improve services efficiency.

•Preventive maintenance activities for minimize machine computer downtime.

•Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers

•Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly

•Provide helpdesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits Essential

•Deliver IT service compliance to budget, quality standards and business requirements.

•Study IT future trends and apply to business requirement appropriately.

•2nd tier technical support to resolve issues and root cause identified.

•Support new implement IT project [technical consultant and document].

•Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to implement and maintain IT solution.

•Create and maintain document relates to Infrastructure and configurations.

•Other as assignment

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
2. Age 25 -35 Years old.
3. At least 3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
4. Experience with network management, server maintenance, and IT hardware troubleshooting is an advantage.
5. Knowledge of basic application development or database management systems is a plus.
6. Knowledge in Factory Infrastructure
7. Positive attitude and service-minded.
8. Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
9. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
10. Command in English is advantage.
