– Identify and research potential clients for new market segments in the Southeast Asia Pacific region.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and installers, focusing on our extensive product portfolio.

– Increase sales by expanding the product lines ordered by existing customers.

– Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

– Provide technical support to customers, recommending appropriate products in line with the pricing policy agreed upon with the Managing Director.

– Listen to prospects and customers to relay valuable feedback to the technical team and product managers for new product development.

– Deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.

– Oversee the successful launch of new product lines.

– Record sales activities and qualified opportunities in our CRM system.

– Collaborate with the technical manager to identify and capitalize on OEM opportunities.

– Eligible for a bonus based on company and personal performance, up to 40% of net income.

1. Open to both male and female candidates, aged 23 – 45 years.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3. Attributes: Flexibility, autonomy, and transparency.
4. Proven experience in business-to-business sales, particularly in the compressed air or refrigeration industries.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
6. Strong problem-solving skills to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
7. Proficiency in using sizing, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
8. Willingness and ability to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
9. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
10. Must have a personal phone and laptop.
11. Capable of working under pressure and traveling internationally.
12. Experience with air dryers is preferred.
