Job Description
- Plan and carry out projects related to personnel and organizational development.
- Evaluate and analyze personnel training and development needs.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for employees at various levels, from operators to managers.
- Contact, coordinate and send documents to the Department of Skill Development.
- Study guidelines and present ideas for new activities to create engagement between employees. with the organization for the management team, such as a company party Songkran Festival, Chinese New Year, etc.
- Take care of, plan and carry out activities to create engagement between employees and the organization.
- As well as storing and collecting feedback from organized activities for analysis. problems and find ways to solve them together with members within the team Manage, distribute work, provide advice and coordinate the work of members within the team
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors as appropriate.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher Human resources management major, psychology major, or other related fields.
- Have experience Working in human resources for 3 years or more
- If you have experience working in Employee Relations will be given special consideration.
- Able to use G-Suite programs fluently Have good interpersonal, coordination and management skills.
- Can work under pressure and manage time well Ready to learn and develop yourself and can solve problems
- Find specific pages well Flexible, able to work part-time.
