– Receive and confirm orders with international customers (Indonesia / Malaysia / America / India / Japan)

– Issue orders to factories (Thailand/China) including tracking order status.

– Plan product delivery and coordinate with all relevant parties to deliver products to customers – Knowledge of import-export

– Support other requests from customers

– Record relevant information in the company system

– Contact and coordinate with relevant internal and external agencies.

• Gender : Male or Female
• Age: 24-28 years
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Unlimited branches)
• Work experience: at least 1-2 years (will be given special consideration)
• Able to communicate in English at a business level (contact customers)
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Outlook) very well. Detailed, meticulous, and attentive to the details of the work.
• Have coordination skills in own department and other departments very well
• Have patience, restraint, and be able to work well under pressure.
