Assist the senior planning team in preparing and updating daily and weekly production schedules.

Coordinate with various departments (Production, Warehouse, and Sales) to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery.

Utilize Chinese language skills to translate production documents, manuals, and reports.

Communicate and follow up with Chinese-speaking management, engineers, or suppliers regarding production status.

Monitor daily production progress, input data into the company’s system, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

Track raw material availability and alert the team to any potential shortages to prevent production delays.

Perform basic administrative and support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Age: 20 – 25 years old

Education: Bachelor of Arts or a related field (Major in Chinese is highly preferred)

Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese (HSK 4 – HSK 5 required)

Experience: No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
