1. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling front-of-house staff.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing complaints, and following up to resolve issues.
3. Manage and control expenses to meet company goals.
4. Plan inventory and raw material needs in collaboration with the chef.
5. Report on sales and operational results to supervisors and work together to solve any issues.
6. Ensure employee compliance with company regulations.
Job Requirement
- Male or Female, age 30 and above.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (English introduction and communication test during the interview). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, people management, and leadership.
- Experience working in a Korean restaurant is preferred, especially for those with managerial experience.
- Work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
- Meals provided during work hours.
- Long-term employees may have the opportunity to work in stores in Korea based on performance evaluations. **Accommodation will be provided while working in Korea.
