Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (Flexible working hours; some Saturdays as per the company calendar)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by offering cutting-edge digital transformation and manufacturing solutions to enterprise clients, particularly within Japanese companies and major automotive groups.

Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customer relationships, targeting Japanese enterprises and top-tier automotive companies.

Manage run-rate business and proactively expand sales opportunities for manufacturing and digital transformation solutions into new markets.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships with a high level of professionalism.

Prepare and deliver compelling, customized presentations that address specific customer requirements.

Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and forecasting to successful deal closure.

Continuously learn, adapt, and refine sales strategies to maximize business performance.

Age between 22 – 30 years old.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

0–3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (New graduates with a passion for IT sales are welcome).

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or IT/software solutions is highly preferred.

Previous experience dealing with Japanese customers or the automotive industry (e.g., Tier 1 suppliers) is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with solution-based selling (CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/MES) or digital solutions is a plus.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong professional mindset, self-motivated, open-minded, and able to perform well under pressure.
