Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with major clients and key stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic proposals for the executive management team.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management or a leadership role.

Outstanding leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Language Requirement: Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 is strictly required). English proficiency is highly advantageous.

Background in the manufacturing, packaging, or industrial materials sector is a plus.
