1. Offer the right products After listening to the needs and spec from customer Including visiting and inspecting the production line. and observation of Treatment Material
2. Prepare samples to present products according to information received from customers. and collect experimental data, collect technical information and prepare information for presentation (Presentation)
3. Listen to information from customers Visiting and inspecting production lines, collecting experimental data, analyzing causes of waste, analyzing chemical solution components.
4. Prepare Kaizen proposal draft documents and analysis documents based on test results and received information, and prepare samples necessary for Kaizen presentations.
5. Organize product exhibitions at trade fairs. and explain product features to visitors
6. Analyze related chemicals. or products used in the customer’s production line according to request from the customer
7. Test products used in the customer’s production line for a specified period of time according to the customer’s request.
8. Provide tools Necessary equipment for technical as necessary and control stock
9. Check necessary tools before use for the Technical section to ensure that there are no abnormalities and record the results. Including calibration as needed and periodic maintenance checks by the Vendor
10. Control the maintenance of the premises as necessary in the technical section (laboratory and stock) and cleaning. and organize
11. File documents received from distributors and customers and documents submitted to customers in the past, including product catalogs, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), analysis documents, technical documents, and data. Experiment, and presentation documents
12. Perform duties appropriately according to the Technical Service section.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or other related fields.
- Have a driver’s license
- Have some experience working in the chemical field
- Able to communicate in English at a fair level.
