Position: Visa & Work Permit Coordinator
Client Profile: A leading Thai-Japanese consulting firm providing comprehensive business support services for local and international companies.
Location: Lertpanya Building (near BTS Victory Monument / BTS Phaya Thai), Bangkok
Working Days: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:00)
Salary: THB 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Coordinate and process Visa and Work Permit applications and related documentation.

Liaise effectively with government offices, consulates, and embassies in Thailand.

Prepare necessary travel and work documentation for Thai employees relocating overseas.

Follow up closely with relevant government agencies to track application statuses.

Travel onsite to government offices and embassies for work-related matters when required.

Age between 24 – 30 years old.

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

Good command of English and strong overall communication skills.

Valid TOEIC score is highly preferred.

Confident in contacting government officers and managing official, detailed paperwork.

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to travel onsite when required.

Bonus: Previous experience in handling Visa & Work Permit processes will be highly considered.
