An exciting opportunity for a Delivery Control Staff to support logistics, shipment, and coordination between the Sales Division, Japanese HQ, and international offices. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese (N2 or above) and English, along with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Coordinate with Production Control at HQ in Japan

Work closely with the Sales Division on delivery schedules and confirmations

Manage delivery control and shipment arrangements

Provide reminders to Japanese Manager and Sales Division on critical item deliveries

Prepare and circulate excess stock reports to Sales teams for clearance and sales action

Collaborate with Sales teams, overseas offices, and other departments

Handle other tasks as assigned

Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 27–33 years

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Minimum 3 years of working experience in any field

Computer literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel
-
Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2), both spoken and written

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
