-Completely update each type of account and certify its accuracy.

-Record payable and receivable accounts into the accounting program correctly.

-Make bills and receive payments from customers to be completed according to the payment schedule correctly.

-Receive bills/invoices and make payments according to the payment schedule.

-Responsible for corporate income tax, value added tax and withholding tax, including filing taxes with the Revenue Department

-Check the accurate reconciliation of transactions of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

-Control and monitor cash flow Bank deposits, loans, ledgers and related supporting documents to be correct and accurate.

-Issuing tax invoices and receipts

-Control the company’s various rental payments.

-Issuing checks for payment and certification of withholding tax on goods and services to both domestic and international suppliers.

– Prepare monthly closing budget estimates and close the tax year.

-Coordinate with internal and external auditors to request verification and certification.

-Able to coordinate between customers, suppliers or the Revenue Department.

• Male/female, age between 30-40 years.
• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial accounting work Experienced in accounting payables, accounts receivable, profit and loss statements, and have the ability to close monthly accounts and close tax years.
• Able to use MS.Office computer programs and related accounting programs very well.
• Able to communicate in English at a good level
