Position: BOI Officer Location: Pathumthani, Thailand
Employment Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 08:00 – 17:00)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented BOI Officer to manage and oversee all aspects of BOI and TISI regulatory compliance, import/export privileges, and inventory control.

Compliance & Licensing: Manage BOI/TISI applications, renewals, and annual reporting (financial status and performance).

Import/Export Operations: Handle shipment approvals, register new items/formulas, and manage scrap product documentation.

Reporting: Prepare and control stock reports (Report-V), export entries, and reconcile raw material balances.

Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for local suppliers and customers regarding stock balance and vendor model verification.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in BOI operations.

Strong knowledge of Customs laws, BOI regulations, and privilege management.

Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills required).

Good command of English.
