About the Company: We are representing a leading, global electronics manufacturing services provider. We are currently seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional to lead their test manufacturing engineering operations at their state-of-the-art facility in Laem Chabang, Chonburi.
Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of Test Manufacturing Engineering, you will provide top-tier leadership to department managers and cross-functional teams. This executive-level role carries comprehensive P&L responsibility and involves directing all engineering processes and test development activities. You will play a crucial role in long-term business planning, global operational alignment, and direct engagement with major international clients.

Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute 3-5 year strategic business plans, policies, and operational objectives for the site.

Engineering Oversight: Direct all engineering processes and test development activities, guiding products from initial customer requirements through to product obsolescence.

P&L & Budget Management: Assume overall accountability for site operations, carefully managing planning, budgeting, and cost-efficiency to ensure manufacturing profitability.

Team Management: Direct and evaluate a broad functional area through subordinate department managers, coaching for improved performance and resource optimization.

Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling technical presentations, negotiate complex requirements, and resolve highly unusual conditions with key stakeholders and major customers.

Global Collaboration: Interface with international facilities to ensure global process consistency and to coordinate complementary capabilities worldwide.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field. Advanced studies in Business, Operations, or Technology are highly recommended.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven leadership experience within a multinational manufacturing and engineering environment.

Technical Expertise: Broad and in-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments, materials, process development, and testing protocols.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how operational decisions impact customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and overall business unit profitability.

Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce under tight deadlines.
