ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER (JAPANESE) / “Carbon Neutrality (CN) projects” / chonburi (w)
• Plan sales strategy and develop the team to hit the monthly target, Develop and implement strategies, policies, plans, and procedures to achieve efficient, effective, and profitable marketing of product and sales target

• Handled sales performance and marketing activity to ensure achievement of sales targets and company profit objectives
• Coordinate and monitor sales planning including the analysis of market opportunities and competitors or activities
• Analyze budget, revenue, expense report, and realistic forecast weekly and monthly for the Business Unit team in the Sales Department.
• Analysis of sales/profit & loss of potential product to determine costing and pricing strategies
• Monitor efficient service to customers and handle all customers’ complaints with good result-oriented
• Find new customers and maintain existing manufacturing customers, develop, maintain, implement, and monitor sales and marketing analysis to apply for business strategy plan and determine sale potential and inventory requirement and monitor the preference of customers
• Visit customers and present company profile and products
• Make and manage RFQ, Quotation of each product
• Control of customer requirement report to Japanese management.
• Ability to read basic some dimensions of products dimension and products technical skills would be an advantage. • Stay updated on industry, market, and business trends to identify potential growth opportunities (Trade shows, conventions, networking, etc.)
1. Male or Female Age 30 – 40 years old, Japanese Nationality only
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or MBA in international marketing or related field.
3. Good in communication in English.
4. 5-10 years in sales and marketing for especially CN business and activities
5. Strong in sales strategy, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Knowledge & Experience in Carbon Neutrality (CN) projects, and batteries energy storage systems.
