We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (Industrial Marketing) to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new leads for our sales team through proactive outreach efforts, market research, networking, and online channels. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to lead generation.
•Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
•Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts
•Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements before passing them to the sales team
•Respond to inquiries and engage with new customers from online channels such as website inquiries, social media, and email
•Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
•Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content to promote products and services
•Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
•Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in lead generation, industrial sales, or marketing communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of industrial markets and products is preferred
