1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

2. Lead and manage a sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to drive sales initiatives.

6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

7. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to close deals and maximize profitability.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Knowledge in IT, Telecommunication or related field needed
3. 3 years of experienced in sales
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
