Job Description
1. Manage and control HR Strategies; Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, training process.
2. Analyzing training needs from annual performance evaluation and preparing a relevant training plan.
3. Design structure and preparation of career path plans (Career Path) of the organization for employees.
4. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
5. Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices.
7. Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making
8. Planning and controlling the budget management within the department.
9. Plan and manage to achieve the goals according to the business plan.
10. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Job Requirement
- Male / Age 40-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or related field required.
- 10 years up of experience in Human Resources Management
- 3 years up of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- Have experience working in a company with a labor union
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
