1.Review major contracts, revise and publish contract templates, and assist the business units to establish and improve the contract review systems and processes.

2. Review external authorization matters of the group.
Legal consulting
1.Participate in major projects such as financing, mergers and acquisitions of the Group, prompt legal risks and provide legal advice. 2.Identify and prompt legal risks, provide legal advice and provide legal training.
3.Organize and improve the process of risk control system of business divisions and subsidiaries.

Overseas cases and lawyer management
1. Assist overseas legal affairs in handling overseas litigation cases and major risk matters.
2. Build the Group’s global lawyer resource platform, select and manage general legal advisers, and connect with external third-party institutions such as law firms and notary offices. (Service) Admin support 1. Archive legal archives (lawyer’s letters, relevant documents signed by legal department) (service).

2. Collect and research global laws, regulations, policies and bills, maintain the Company Risk Control Group/Circle, and share related information. (Service)

3.Organize cultural construction and activities about legal and compliance.
Building and Enhancing Compliance System
1. Establish a compliance management system for the group, develop and revise compliance manuals and other compliance risk management regulations. (Control)
2. Actively identify, assess, monitor, and report compliance risks, and continuously improve the group’s compliance system. (Control) 3. Stay updated on global laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and industry self-disciplinary rules, and propose the development or modification of the group’s compliance system to meet these requirements, providing compliance advice. 4. Assist subsidiaries in building and improving their own compliance regulations and compliance management systems. (Empower) Compliance Culture and Knowledge Management

1. 25+ years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Law
3. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer
4. Proven background on corporate law (e.g. contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights and data protection, etc.)
5. Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach
6. Outstanding administrative skills, managerial skills, negotiating and interpersonal skills
7. Eager to learn, open-minded and dynamic;
8. English communication skills
9. Microsoft office skill
