1. Lead and oversee all operational departments including production, planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
2. Ensure efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations including production planning, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
3. Provide both disciplinary and professional management of production staff, including workforce planning, training, and performance reviews.
4. Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization across the factory.
5. Ensure all production activities comply with food safety standards (HACCP, IFS) and internal hygiene protocols.
6. Work closely with the technical team and maintenance to monitor and improve machine performance and technical reliability.
7. Support technical projects, including equipment upgrades, line modifications, and automation initiatives.
8. Develop and track KPIs related to production performance, costs, and quality metrics.
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, product
10. development, and senior management to align operations with business goals.
11. Maintain close communication with the main facility in Germany

1) Age 40 – 45 year
2) Master degree Mechatronic engineering , Food technology, mechanical, industrial , Mechatronic engineering, manufacturing management
3) Solid technical understanding of food manufacturing equipment and production line processes
4) Hands-on experience with machinery, maintenance coordination, or process engineering is a strong advantage.
5) Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, IFS, or equivalent certifications).
6) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. (TOEIC 700 Score)
