Job Description
- Welcome customers and external individuals who come to contact the company.
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to internal extensions.
- Organize the schedule for drivers delivering documents.
- Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms.
- Order general office supplies.
- Write emails in Thai and English to communicate internal news.
- HR Management tasks: Prepare employee documents, such as leave forms and performance evaluation forms for probation.
- Record employee attendance, overtime, vacation leave, and commissions.
- Notify the Social Security office and group insurance regarding employee enrollments and exits.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree of Business administration or related
- Age 22 – 30 Years old
- Good in English , TOEIC 600 ++
- Good personality , Service mind
- Experiences in Receptionist 0-2 years
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
