**Position:** Sourcing Supervisor (Cost Engineer)

**Location:** Bang Na-Trat KM.18, Samut Prakan (Head Office)
**Working Days:** Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:30)
**Salary Range:** 30,000 – 35,000 THB / Month (Negotiable based on experience)
**Company Overview:**
Our client is a well-established and leading global electronics manufacturing company. They are currently expanding their business and looking for a highly skilled **Sourcing Supervisor (Cost Engineer)** to join their procurement team at the Head Office in Samut Prakan.

* Review technical drawings and specifications to identify and source capable suppliers.
* Manage overall cost management processes and monitor raw material price trends in the market.
* Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-reduction initiatives to maximize company profitability.
* Coach, mentor, and develop subordinate team members.
* Work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with the engineering and production teams.
* Male or Female, aged 32 – 40 years old.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing within the Manufacturing (MFG) business.
* Ability to read and thoroughly understand technical drawings.
* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, machining, or molding.
* Strong mindset regarding cost awareness, with excellent analytical skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Good proficiency in MS Excel.
