Position: Finance Manager (Urgent)

Location: Sai Noi, Nonthaburi

Salary: Up to 90,000 THB/month (Depending on experience)

Working Days: Monday – Friday, and alternate Saturdays (Must be able to work the first Saturday of every month for month-end closing)

About the Company: Our client is a well-established manufacturing company and a subsidiary of a public listed company based in Singapore. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager to lead their finance and accounting department in Nonthaburi.

Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the finance and accounting department.
Ensure the timely preparation and submission of accurate financial reports.
Prepare detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with Thailand’s financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government authorities.
Develop annual budgets and perform financial forecasting.
Create financial models to support business growth initiatives and effective cost control.
Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient company liquidity.
Support treasury activities in alignment with company and regional head office policies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve financial processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Implement financial controls and robust risk assessment measures.
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and alignment with core organizational values.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. (Possessing a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly advantageous).
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong, in-depth understanding of Thailand’s financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting.
Proficient in utilizing financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English communication (Essential for direct reporting to foreign management in Singapore).
Ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with regional stakeholders.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
