Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese-Speaking Sales Executive to serve as the primary liaison between our client and their Japanese customers. This role is a blend of sales and sales coordination, focusing on mass production delivery management, cost negotiation, and customer relationship management. New graduates with strong Japanese language skills are highly encouraged to apply!

Customer Liaison: Act as the main window person connecting customers with internal departments regarding delivery schedules for mass production products.

Delivery Management: Monitor, control, and analyze delivery issues, collaborating with both customers and vendors to find effective solutions.

Negotiation & Cost Control: Discuss and negotiate with customers regarding irregular costs and pricing adjustments.

Claim Management: Professionally handle and resolve customer claims in a timely manner.

Project Support: Assist in planning and supporting new projects from inception to mass production.

Bachelor’s Degree in any field (New graduates are welcome to apply).

Strong interest in Sales or Sales Coordinator roles within the manufacturing/electronics sector.

Language Skills: Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and a communicative level of English.

Technical Skills: Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills: Responsible, proactive, and capable of working well under pressure.
