• Manage daily operations of the Accounting department such as Month-end and Year-end, AP, AR, GL, cash forecasting, account statement reconciliations, fixed assets, etc.
• Prepare PND 3, 53, 54, PP30, PP36 and PND 50, PND 51
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Prepare financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability, and provide timely reports to the management team.
• Liaising with Tax and Accounting auditors regarding year-end audits.
• Conducting the reconciliation of fixed assets, AP accruals, and other related accounts as assigned.
• Encourage and adopt headquarters policies and strategies to finance and accounting works.
• Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Perform Actual and Forecast cash flow statement.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure all processes that are conducted without fraud and develop a protection plan against fraud.
• Managing the team’s tasks to complete with the commitment and develop the team members’ skills.
• All aspects of the company’s financial operations including general accounting, budgeting, taxation, financial analysis, financial projection, and planning.
• Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets, financial risks, consolidation, and reporting to the company.
• Manage and review day-to-day tax operation and tax compliance, reporting, and tax filing submission e.g. VAT, Corporate Income Tax and WHT
• Improve working process, introduce internal control, reduce manual work, and implement related systems
• Work with external auditor to audit and reviewing financial statements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Female, age 35-45 years old
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing costing ((have variable of SKU, Business Units such as FMCG field)
- Good command of written and spoken English (Internal communication
- Excellent in SAP CO module
– Work Mon-Fri (8.30 – 17.30 pm)
