・Calculate monthly sales commission for Local sales executives and Product consultants

・Record domestic and overseas accounts payable related transactions and all payment vouchers into accounting system

・Record daily foreign exchange rate into an accounting system

・Calculate and record depreciation value according to useful life and accounting standard of each asset

・Record prepaid expense and depreciate it every month.

・Summarize details of bank account balance, remaining deposit, accrued expense, pre-paid expense, suspense input tax, fixed assets

・Record monthly rebate of foreign distributor and monthly accrual adviertisement&promotion fee

・Record stock-in and stock-out of give-away products every month if necessary.

・Supervise quarterly stocktaking of give-away products in warehouse and adjust accounting records according to the result.

・Collect information about inventory for disposal, collaborate with related parties, and schedule disposal dates.

・Handle other works as assigned by the supervisor

1. Thai Nationality, Male or Female age between 30-45 years old
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in accounitng and finance field
3. Experince of supervising monthly account closing and negotiating with external auditor or tax officer is a plus
4. Capable of English skill is required. (e-mail correspondence or TOIEC score 550+)
5. Good communication skills. Ex. coordination with Sales staff, Sales Administration staff or Customers
6. Good computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Accounting System (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Express etc)
7. Own interpersonal skill and analytical skills
