✔ Manage and support airfreight, sea freight, and sales inquiries from customers.
✔ Analyze service terms, competitor insights, market potential, shipping lines, airlines, and warehouse services to enhance company presentations.
✔ Prepare quotations and follow up on customer feedback.
✔ Identify and acquire new customer accounts across various industries.
✔ Engage with customers (via visits, calls, emails, etc.), both new and existing, to understand their requirements and offer suitable services.
✔ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues that arise.
✔ Meet monthly sales targets and prepare reports on sales and marketing activities.

✔ Thai national, male or female, aged 25-45 years.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Freight Forwarding.
✔ Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
