1. Be familiar with local financial and tax policies, send accurate feedback to the headquarters timely.
2. Be responsible for the overall financial deployment of the division based in Thailand and execute as per the policy and instruction of headquarters.
3. Be responsible for the taxation work as per local law, issue financial statements and reports regularly.
4. Be responsible for the management and control of the funds of Thailand division, control the risk of the funds, audit the expenditure of the funds, make payment receiving plan regularly.
5. Cooperate with other departments of the division as well as departments at the headquarters to solve financial related problems, and help to establish the relevant workflow, to control the company’s operational risks.
6. Provide the financial statements required by the headquarters on time, and make constructive suggestions.
7. Obey the arrangement and instruction of headquarters and keep the communication in a timely manner.
- All mails from headquarters must be replied within 7 hours.
- Send weekly / monthly report (including expense; received; bank statement; cash flowed and etc.) to headquarter, and keep every figure match and accurate.
- Send the payment plan for next week every Friday, fees including but not limited to towing fee, customs declaration fee, fees related to office running etc. Send official application for any expenses which beyond USD500.
- Send weekly report against paid and received record to headquarters on every Friday.
- Organize and send last month income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, statement of expenses, statement of AR&AP and other statements required by headquarters before the 2nd of each month.
- Always response questions and tasks assigned by the head quarter’s finance director in a timely base.
- Experience in ERP system, with good knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint, working experience in global logistics company is a plus
