-Sets foundation for training standards and training programs to be undertaken during onboarding, refreshers, and daily operations.

-Supervises the overall daily operation and assures the highest service and product standards are met for all outlets.

-Assures that all managers within Outlets are aligned and follow the financial & strategic intent Walks all Food & Beverage front and back of the house areas regularly on a daily basis.

-Communication & planning with teams to plan or anticipate any events, collaborations, or new rollouts.

-Reviews daily financial reports. Communicate improvements where necessary.

-Maintains proper and adequate controls over purchase orders and requisitions.

-Reviews Food & Beverage Cost and ensures it is in line with budget and forecast.

-Controls casual labor and overtime submitted by Managers.

-Works closely with Marketing Team to establish a robust strategy for promotions, collateral, and social media.

-Proactive, innovative with in-depth Food & Beverage and market knowledge.

-Actively enforces team motivation and team building.

-Performs appraisals and executes disciplinary actions if required.

-Assists in recruitment efforts.

1. Based in Bangkok Thai nationality.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
3. Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken, Knowledge of an other language would be a plus.
4. Previous 10 years working experience as Business Developer Manager in the F&B business.
5. Strong knowledge of Thailand F&B scene, Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.
6. Previous working experience in an Italian’s food company and/or luxury products would be a plus.
7. Previous working experience in a restaurant kitchen would be a plus.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Strong knowledge of Thailand social media marketing (WeChat, Weibo etc.) would be a plus.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
11. Willing to travel around Thailand.
12. Willing to attend networking events and be flexible to work over time or during the weekend.
13. Ability to build rapport.
14. Innovation, multi-task and problem-solving skills attitude, Willing to learn.
15. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
16. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
