•Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
•Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth.
•Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
•Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
•Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our products or services.
•Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
•Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
- •Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 10 years of work experience of which the past 3-5 years is in a similar managerial and leadership role.
- •5 years’ experience in marketing and Sales in an electric or manufacturing industry.
- •Bilingual in English and Thai, ability in conversational Mandarin is an added advantage.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing/negotiation capabilities.
- •Have knowledge about marketing communication & even project management skill.
- •Must be able to travel.
- •Experience in drives & motors (Automation) is an added advantage.
- •Proactive and performance driven, with good work ethics and integrity.
