✔Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
✔Define work formats, report generation, and standardize data analysis for organizational and departmental information.
✔Promote the company’s services addressing and liaising with clients to obtain clear requirements and planning.
✔Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
✔Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
✔Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
✔Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
✔Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
✔Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
✔Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or other related fields.
✔At least 5 – 7 years of working experience related to business development (sales)
✔Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
✔Effective interpersonal, communication, presentation, and Negotiation skills.
✔Ability to deal with people at all levels ranging, from senior management to officer.
✔Good English communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
