Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking HSK 4-6) – Laem Chabang, Chonburi

บริหารจัดการและประสานงานด้านการนำเข้า–ส่งออกสินค้าทางเรือและทางอากาศ ให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนของบริษัท ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าชาวจีน ทั้งทางเรือและทางอากาศ รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรองรับการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประสานงานใกล้ชิดกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย (Sales), แผนกต่างประเทศ (Overseas) เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานด้านการจอง (Booking Process) ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า–ส่งออกของลูกค้าให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการนำเข้า–ส่งออก พร้อมทั้งแจ้งอัปเดตสถานะให้กับลูกค้า (Pre-alert/De-alert) ตรวจสอบข้อมูลในระบบให้ถูกต้องตรงกับเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า จัดทำรายงานการดำเนินงานและรายงานประจำสัปดาห์เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาโลจีสติกส์ ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีทักษะการการใช้ภาษาจีนในระดับดี พูด-อ่าน-เขียน (HSK 4-5) มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดี (Microsoft Office)-
