Job Description

Design products, components, materials, and functionality based on customer requirements.
Develop prototypes, models, and conduct testing—APQP, QCPD, Process Flow, FMEA.
Analyze and improve production processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with senior engineers and sales teams to create design specifications and drawings.
Provide solutions to customer challenges and support Kaizen & VAVE cost-down activities.
Perform other engineering tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

Male/Female, 28–35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Inventor, 2D/3D drawing programs.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
Conversational English level.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Knowledge/experience with PPAP, APQP, QCPD, FMEA, MSA.
Experience in testing, design, development, and Engineering Change Management.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
